INCORRECT ITEM
We carefully inspect each product prior to shipping. However, if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@anaisamdo.com within 48 hours of arrival with photographic proof of the incorrect item and receipt, your subject line should read – ‘RETURN (your order number)’. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it- unused, in its all original packaging and have no stains or marks, and dispatched within 7 days upon arrival. And we will issue a store credit for your next purchase.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
LOST ITEMS
Once orders leaves our hands, they become the property of the shipper. If the item is lost, we will be unable to process the return. Please contact the shipping provider for additional info.
SHIPPING COST
As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by Anaïs Amdo and must be paid by the customer. If at any point your package is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NATURE OF PRODUCT
Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance (from the website images used) and have some imperfections. This is all apart of the natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault. Candle tins are made from natural and recycled material and thus can sometimes carry (very minor) imperfections, like faint indents, marks and scratches. These do not in any way affect the performance of our product, and the buyer must understand that there is a risk there will be a slight variation between each tin.
